"Just a quick note to say thanks for everything. You delivered the PlasDECK sample as promised and we were able to put it to our own test before ordering it.
You fabricated the panels as promised in the timeframe you gave us and you corresponded throughout the process. You took the time to explain the installation instructions and helpful hints to result in a more desirable outcome and when I ran out of caulking material, you had more in my hands 800 miles away by the following day.

All of these points combined; resulted in a wonderful experience and we couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful finished product.

Once again, Thanks for everything,

Steve and Tamara Fish

P.S. I am sure we will be ordering more to do the entire cockpit soon!"

TT Custom Marine, Inc. is the number one source for pre-cut synthetic decking panels to fit any boat. A large portion of our customers order our pre-assembled panels and do the installation themselves and you probably can too!

We use heat welding to fabricate our panels into a solid single piece so installation much easier than cutting out individual pieces from the raw materials. When you order our pre-cut panels all you have to do is spread out the included adhesive, bed the panels in place and roll out any air bubbles. The installation process goes much quicker and the results will astound you.

Most boats require little prep work outside of cleaning the deck to eliminate contaminants. Our panels can be glued directly over most fiberglass non-skid patterns without sanding or abrading the surface. In some applications we can even use a patented “peel and stick” adhesive, now that’s easy!

Beware of “Cold Welding” – Cold welding is a method used by some of our competitors to assemble pre-made panels from the raw materials.

The “cold welding” process involves gluing the sections of raw material together using an adhesive.  In our extensive experience we have yet to see any glue that can hold up to the rigors of expansion and contraction that occur with PVC in the marine environment, especially in Northern climates.

If cold welded panels don’t first fall apart during shipping, then the glued seams WILL open up over time on your boat, guaranteed.

That’s why seam separation is not covered by these competitor’s absurdly limited warranties. All of the seams on our pre-assembled panels are heat welded, which means that the plastic sections are melted together to physically join them and eliminate the seam altogether. There are no adhesives to fail and no seams to open up over time. The entire panel will expand and contract as one solid, contiguous piece.

We put our money where our mouth is when we say that heat welding is a far, far superior process of creating custom panels. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our heat welded seams. We warrant that our heat welded seams will not split, crack or otherwise open up due to natural forces for the life of the deck. If you choose not to use our services we urge you to demand that the company you choose also protects you from this potentially disastrous occurrence.

Our craftsmen have expertly templated hundreds of the most popular boats and more are added to our library every day. We use sophisticated CNC machines to precision cut our panels to exact tolerances for superior fit and finish.

Our business structure allows us to sell you panels that look better and are more durable than most factory installed options, yet cost far less. Check our Online Store to see if we already have the patterns for your boat.

If we don’t have your boat in our template library or you are looking to do a custom job, no problem. We’ll supply you with everything you need to make templates for us, and then manufacture the panels for you.

The process is simple using a clear Mylar film that won’t stretch or warp with moisture or temperature. Simply overlay the area and trace using a permanent marker.

You do have to be diligent but you don’t have to be Michelangelo because we will clean up the lines and fair the curves when we get the emplates to our shop.

Once we have an accurate template we will work with you to develop a Design that meets your expectations. Panels can be made using any of the fine line of PlasDECK products and we can inlay custom logos and designs for a truly unique project.
